What we are
Different from a swingers club.
Many couples find us while looking for a swingers club in Amsterdam, or for a club libertin when they come from France. We are glad they do, but we offer something else. At a swinger club, couples meet other couples. Here you do not meet other couples. Club Golden Key is a licensed sex club and brothel, and as a couple you spend the evening with one of the women who work here. That is our concept: a sex club for couples, not a place where couples swap.
What couples value most is here: a discreet house without windows to the street, a host who explains everything before anything is decided, and suites made for the evening. Run by the same family since 1986, for an evening out for couples in Amsterdam without any worries.
How the evening begins
It starts at the bar.
Couples come in the same way as every guest. The host or hostess receives you at the door and you sit down at the bar. Over a drink there is time to get comfortable, to meet the women who are present that evening and to hear what is possible. The host explains clearly how it works here, and whether it suits you.
Take that time. Ours is not a swingers bar where couples look for each other. It is where the step is prepared, calmly and without pressure. Couples who come to us do so with the wish to take that step together, and this is where it begins.
Her choice
She decides what is possible.
Every woman who works here decides for herself what she offers, and to whom. With one woman the evening is for him, with another it is for her, or for both of you. That is a personal choice, and we respect it completely.
That is why the conversation at the bar matters. The personal click and respect for the woman come first. When that is there, much is possible. She decides what is.
The suite
The large suite with the jacuzzi.
When it is available, the large suite with the big jacuzzi is the best room for couples. It is larger than the other five, with room for three and a jacuzzi to match. The suites are for time with one of the women, they are not rented to couples on their own.
Before you come
Call ahead.
Some of the women who work with us are open to couples, and who is present differs each evening. That is why we recommend couples call or send a WhatsApp before they come. We will tell you honestly what the situation is that evening, so you do not come to Amsterdam West for nothing.
Practical
Good to know.
- Open every evening until 04:00, from 20:00 and on Sundays from 21:00. Overtoom 294, Amsterdam.
- Entry is per person, so a couple pays it twice. Everything else is agreed in person at the bar, as for every guest.
- Both partners bring a valid ID, as every guest does. Guests are 21 or older.
- Payment in cash, by debit card, Visa or Mastercard.
- Complete discretion: no windows to the street and no photography inside the house.

Yes, and we recommend it. At the bar you get comfortable, meet the women who are present and hear what is possible. Couples come with the wish to take a step together, and the bar is where that step is prepared.

That differs per woman. Each woman decides for herself what she offers, for him, for her or for both of you. You discuss it with her at the bar before anything is agreed.

Yes, when one of the women is open to it and comfortable with it. That conversation takes place at the bar, which is there for exactly that: time to find out what fits.
