Privacy

Last updated 28 September 2026

Discretion is the reason most guests choose this house, and it does not stop at the door. This page describes what we do with personal data on this website and when you contact us. We keep it short because there is little to describe: no accounts, no forms, no online payments, no marketing cookies.

Who is responsible

Club Golden Key, Overtoom 294, 1054 JC Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 33186972. Questions about privacy: info@clubgoldenkey.nl.

Visiting this website

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and to block abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We rely on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website for this. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.

Cookies

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies for this site in your browser; the banner then appears again on your next visit.

The map on the contact page

The map is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy applies to that content.

When you contact us

You can reach us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. We process what you send us (your number or address and the content of your message) only to answer you. WhatsApp messages travel through WhatsApp Business, a service of Meta. Written messages may be handled with the help of automated software that drafts a reply; a person remains responsible for what we send. We do not use your message for anything else, we do not add you to any list, and we delete contact history no later than twelve months after the last exchange.

What we do not do

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy. Write to info@clubgoldenkey.nl; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security and changes

The site uses HTTPS throughout and access to contact history is limited to the people who answer you. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
