Club Golden Key is a licensed brothel and sex club in Amsterdam, at Overtoom 294, run by the same family since 1986. We operate in a fixed layout: a bar and lounge where every evening begins, six private suites (one downstairs, five above). No escort work, no shifting locations, no personal administration. You work at one licensed venue where the host or hostess receives every guest at the door.
Working at a licensed brothel like ours is materially different from escort work or working through an independent profile online. We are continuously looking for the right candidates, and there is unfortunately not room for everyone; we deliberately keep a small team. Whoever joins us tends to stay, women who have been here for years are the rule rather than the exception. That is not coincidence: a small team, a friendly working environment, and fair treatment keep people here.

Three things set working at Club Golden Key apart from many other options in this category. First: we operate under an exploitatievergunning issued by the City of Amsterdam, licence number ASD 1054 CJ/B002. That means periodic municipal inspection, full identification, and hygiene and labour standards that are regularly verified.
Second: your work with us stays fully anonymous. We publish no profiles, no photos, no names, not on this website, not on social media. Anyone searching your name on Google will find no link to Club Golden Key. That is a deliberate choice we have followed since day one.
Third: we work through the opting-in arrangement of the Dutch tax authority. This means you work as an independent contractor, not on a payroll, but the wage tax is withheld and remitted for you, so the fiscal side is correctly handled without you having to keep an administration. Good English, flexible evenings, beginners welcome.
Good English is required. A substantial part of our guests come from outside the Netherlands and the conversation at the bar runs in English. Dutch is a bonus; other languages (German, French, Spanish, Russian) are valuable for specific guests but not a baseline requirement.
Working days are flexible. You let us know which evenings you are available and we plan your presence accordingly. Some women work one or two evenings a week alongside other work; others work five or six. You set your own pace, as long as we coordinate in time.
Beginners are welcome. We consider it important that you first have a personal conversation before starting, for you to see the venue and for us to check whether it fits. New women are guided through their first evenings, with no pressure to do everything at once.

What does a typical evening look like?
You arrive at the start of the evening, change in the staff area, and are available from 20:00 onwards. The host or hostess receives the guests at the door and introduces you to them at the bar. Any suite arrangement is agreed in conversation before the door closes, and you never handle money directly. Everything is settled with the house.
What is the difference between working at a sex club and an escort agency?
At an escort agency, you travel to the client, often to locations you do not know in advance. Working at a sex club like ours is the opposite: guests come to the venue, you stay at one licensed location where your colleagues, the host, and the household are present. Safer and more predictable than escort work.
What are the age and ID requirements?
You are 21 or older. You have a valid Dutch or European ID document and a BSN (Dutch tax number). The opting-in arrangement requires us to register you correctly with the Belastingdienst (Dutch tax authority), which is a precondition for licensed sex work in the Netherlands.
What languages do you need to speak?
Good English is required. Our guests come from the Netherlands and abroad, and a substantial share of conversation at the bar happens in English. Dutch is a bonus but not necessary. Other languages (German, French, Spanish, Russian) are valuable for specific guests but English is the baseline.
How many evenings per week can you work?
Working days are flexible. You let us know which evenings you are available and we plan your presence accordingly. Some women work one or two evenings a week alongside other work; others work five or six. You set your own pace, provided we coordinate in time.

How is the working space organised, do you get your own suite?
Everyone works across the same six suites; there are no fixed or "own" rooms per woman. This keeps the rotation smooth and ensures suite availability stays optimal across all evenings.
How does the financial arrangement work, are you employed or self-employed?
We work through the opting-in arrangement of the Dutch tax authority. This means you work as an independent contractor, not on a payroll, but we withhold and remit the wage tax on your behalf. How safe is the work?
We are a licensed venue, with exploitatievergunning ASD 1054 CJ/B002 issued by the City of Amsterdam. The host (five evenings a week) or the hostess (the other two) is always present and receives every guest at the door before a suite arrangement is even possible. We know who comes in. No unknown guests at unknown locations like in escort work.
How discreet can you work at Club Golden Key?
Fully anonymous. We publish no profiles, photos, or names of the women who work here, not on this website, not on social media, anywhere online. Your work with us only needs to be known to you, to us, and to the Dutch tax authority (via the opting-in registration). For family, friends, or future employers, your work history with us is not findable through a Google search.
Are you looking for specific profiles or types?
We are continuously looking for the right candidates, though unfortunately not for everyone who applies. What matters to us: reliability (you are there when you said you would be), an appearance that suits the atmosphere of the club, and the willingness to engage in conversation with our guests. No specific requirements regarding age beyond 21+, type, or nationality. But: good English and a valid ID are required.
Which nationalities are welcome?
All nationalities are welcome, provided you have the right to work in the Netherlands (a Dutch or European ID, or a valid work permit) and speak good English. We have hosted women from the Netherlands, Eastern Europe, South America, and beyond. The club is international in its hiring policy, just as it is in its guest base.
